Our factory introduced advanced energy-saving technologies in 2024 and fully utilized renewable energy sources. Our solar rooftop power generation will meet 50% to 80% of our production electricity needs, significantly reducing our reliance on traditional energy sources. In addition, we have introduced energy-efficient kilns and a factory-wide heat recovery system to ensure efficient energy utilization. We have also implemented energy-saving lighting systems throughout the factory to reduce unnecessary electricity consumption.

Qunfa Ceramics values resource recycling, and we scientifically recycle waste generated during the production process. Waste clay, waste ceramics, and ceramic powder will be effectively recycled, with some materials being reintroduced into the production line. After processing and crushing, the waste ceramics are reused and transformed into other useful materials such as building bricks, avoiding resource waste and further reducing the environmental impact of production.

Our green manufacturing goes beyond just energy saving and recycling; our waste recycling system spans the entire production process, ensuring that waste is minimized at every stage:

• Waste Clay Recycling:All waste clay from all production stages, including waste clay from molding and body repair, is recycled to prevent loss and maximize utilization.
• Wastewater Purification: All wastewater and cleaning water generated during the production process are 100% collected. We use advanced purification technologies to treat the wastewater, ensuring that the water quality meets discharge standards and preventing pollution.
• Waste Gas Collection:Waste gas generated during the glazing process is collected and treated by a third-party organization after water filtration, ensuring that the waste gas does not negatively impact the environment.
